How do I restore Boploop Pro?

In the app, open the Pro screen and tap Restore, or go to My Stuff, then the gear icon, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Boploop. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

My video didn't save to Photos.

Allow Boploop to add photos: Settings, then Boploop, then Photos, then Add Photos Only. Your videos are also kept in the app under My Stuff, then Videos, where you can share them again.

Are my photos and sounds uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything is processed and stored on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I get a sound from a video?

In the Studio, open Sounds, pick the moment you want to change, then choose From a video and select a video from your library. Trim it to the part you want and save.
