Privacy Policy

Effective October 18, 2026

Boploop doesn't collect, store or share any of your personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics and no ads. Your photos, sounds and videos stay on your iPhone.

What Boploop is

Boploop is an iPhone app by Queazy for making short physics-simulation videos. This policy explains what happens to the information you use in the app. "We" means Queazy, the developer of Boploop.

Information we collect

None. Boploop has no sign-up, no user accounts and no servers that receive your content. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and the app contains no third-party SDKs that collect data.

Photos

When you add photos (for example, to put a friend's face on a ball), you choose them with the system photo picker, so the app only receives the photos you select, never your whole library. Face framing and cut-outs run on your device using Apple's built-in frameworks. The edited images are saved only in Boploop's private storage on your device.

Sounds and the microphone

Boploop uses the microphone only while you are recording a sound. Recordings, audio files you import, and audio taken from videos you pick are processed on your device and saved only in Boploop's private storage.

Videos you make

Videos are rendered on your device. With your permission, Boploop adds them to your Photos library (add-only access: the app can't read your library). Sharing happens only when you choose to, through the standard iOS share sheet.

Remix links

If you share a remix link, it contains only the settings of your creation (such as colors, rules and text). It never includes your photos or sounds.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. The app only checks with Apple whether you have an active purchase.

Deleting your data

Everything Boploop stores lives on your device. You can delete projects, videos, sounds and photos in the app under My Stuff, or remove everything by deleting the app. Videos you saved to Photos stay in Photos until you delete them there.

Children

Boploop doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it on this page and change the date above.
